Customer Service Representative – Baille T. Barbour State Farm
About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented person to join our team.
Our office is busy, and we take pride in taking great care of our customers. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, can juggle multiple priorities, and knows how to make customers feel heard and taken care of.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help our customers with their insurance needs, answer questions, solve problems, and make sure things run smoothly. You'll also have opportunities to build relationships, identify ways we can better protect our customers, and help our agency grow.

What You'll Do
- Help customers with questions about their policies, billing, coverage, claims, and policy changes.
- Build relationships with customers and follow up when needed.
- Help customers understand their insurance options and make informed decisions.
- Look for opportunities to better protect our customers and grow our business.
- Work closely with the rest of our team to keep things organized and running smoothly.

Compensation $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
